My Music Report - Listen to Music on the Computer

I am about to lay my old stereo to rest. Now I listen to music on the computer instead of using the machine. I am always seated at my computer anyway and the songs are already neatly arranged in alphabetical order.

Why should I bother sorting through compact discs when I can just listen to music on the computer? I spent many hours creating the perfect song collection when Napster was running in full force.

There were so many songs and so little time but I did gather quite a collection. I devoted days and days to putting the songs in proper order by name and type. I also spend many hours relaxing as I listen to music on the computer.

Now you have to pay for most downloads and this is still better than running out to purchase compact discs. The end of Napster did not end my preference to listen to music on the computer.

I even use the occasional CD in my computer as well. The sound quality is excellent on my system. In fact, it puts my CD player to shame.

Of course, I’m not really going to trash my stereo but sometimes I’m really tempted. It takes up a lot of space and it isn’t the most attractive machine on the planet.

My sleek little PC can do just as well if not better. I prefer to listen to music on the computer because it sounds wonderful and it is convenient.

Many people are practically glued to their monitors these days. Why not enjoy some songs while surfing the Net or while working. A lot of people really work better when a little music is playing in the background.

Classical music is my first choice when I listen to music on the computer while working. The classics are not always at the top of the list.

I can delve into my hilarious disco collection while doing housework or I can blast the most current tunes available online. I love that I can make the perfect play list to play over when I listen to music on the computer.

I also love that I can put any songs I want in any order I choose. I never thought that my PC would be such a big part of my day. It is the vehicle that I use for work and play.

I listen to music on the computer during nearly all of my activities. After all, music is a big part of my life, too.
